The Low Down

The Factory consists of Australia's leading digital performance strategists and tacticians and is guided by in house head honcho and entrepreneurial online marketer, Andrew Kilday. With years of experience in the digital performance marketing space, both in Australia and internationally.

Kilday has spent his days developing and managing Australia's leading affiliate marketing campaigns, visibly changing the way his clients view their affiliate channel and ensuring that the affiliate channel becomes a critical and lucrative component of their overall marketing mix.

The inception of The Performance Factory was a direct response to the army of advertisers who were constantly crying out for bigger and better results from their online marketing campaigns. Angered by advertisers throwing away their money with no tangible results, The Performance Factory's mission is to ensure that online advertisers only pay for results.
As we believe that The Performance Factory is only as good as its last campaign, producing consistent, quality results for Australia's leading brands is vitally important.

Andrew Kilday

Founder & CEO

After throwing in the towel on exercise science, Andrew became a self taught online marketing aficionado and discovered his true passion: CPA. Andrew built Australia's first affiliate management agency in 2006 from the ground up. In 2010 he founded The Performance Factory and hasn't looked back. An industry veteran before the age of 30, Andrew is the passion and driving force behind the success of our clients and publishers. When Andrew's not in front of his Mac, he can be spotted, lycra-clad, scrambling up the hills of Sydney's Eastern Suburbs on his beloved bicycle. His enduring, entrepreneurial drive is what puts The Performance Factory ahead of the rest.



Srishti connects our clients with new customers through our leading in house performance ad networks. Identifying the target consumers who are interested in our clients’ offers, she manages our campaigns and key publisher relationships to ensure all networks run smoothly and profitably.

With experience in traditional affiliate marketing she brings to the team expertise in working with major brands across travel and loyalty space.

She is a people’s person and loves being outdoors shopping & posting her culinary adventures on Instagram.



Ed drives new business development and agency sales for The Performance Factory across Australia. With 6+ years media sales agency experience in out of home and more recently digital out of home, Ed has thrived in the smooth transition to performance based digital marketing and now is not looking back!

When Ed is not in the office improving our clients ROI, he loves cooking a mean chilli mud crab, wine, golf, and footy!



A young gun in the digital marketing space, Patrick enjoys the fast paced innovation of the industry working with both the client and publisher sides of the business.

Having moved from the publisher world to the hustle & bustle of a performance ad networks he understands what it takes for your campaign to perform.

In his spare time he loves to play football and stay active with a passion for fitness.

Each member of The Factory team has been hand selected via a simple criteria; talent, and passion. Each of our affiliate managers, social media gurus and performance media tacticians are not only maestros of their craft, they possess an excitable exuberance for the avant garde world of performance based online advertising. Put bluntly, the whole team just loves seeing your campaigns and business succeed.
